Kids’ portrait sessions are fun and relaxed and can be scheduled at a time that’s convenient for you and your family. I’ll focus on capturing those gorgeous grins, pouty faces and everything in between. When you look back at those photos years from now, I want you to catch a glimpse of your child the way she really was at this stage in her life- a reminder of her spirit, her goofiness, her fiery attitude. I may ask her to sit still for a few minutes (because little people can be difficult to catch up with), but we’ll also run around and explore and have a great time.
We’re extremely lucky to live in an area with so many amazing locations for photo shoots. When you schedule your photo shoot with me, we’ll discuss location options and find a place that’s perfect for you and your family. If you’re looking for a fun outdoor setting, we’ll discuss the many beach and park options nearby. If you like clean white backgrounds, we can do the photo shoot in my San Rafael photography studio. Would you prefer to skip getting the kids in the car and getting them to the shoot? No problem- I’d be happy to come over and photograph the kids there. How easy is that? You can even go and have a cup of coffee and check your e-mail while I’m working. Ahhh… a break- when is the last time you took one of those?
We’ll schedule your photo shoot for a time that works best with your family’s busy schedule. When trying to set a time, it’s important to consider what time of day your child is in his best mood. Is he a morning person? Does he light up with smiles after nap time? Your child’s good mood is a key element to a great photo shoot, so don’t forget to keep that in mind when setting up your time.
Children’s photo sessions are $175 on weekdays and $225 on weekends. The session fee includes the session, post production of your images and a private online gallery for easy viewing and ordering.
